Description:
Ready to trade your dignity for hilarity? Then prepare to abandon all sense of normalcy (as if we had any) for no ordinary frolic through the wild— a Costume Swap Run! That’s right, you’ll not only be running, drinking, and getting lost as usual (probably more lost than usual), but you’ll also be SWAPPING COSTUME PARTS, mid-chaos. What could go wrong?
Note: This trail will be a 2:00PM start. More sunlight (hopefully) Hurray!
How it works:
Start in your own costume parts that are easily "swappable" and bring some to share. Show up in your wildest, wackiest, or most questionable costume parts. The bigger, brighter, or more bizarre, the better.
Swap! At various points, you’ll find a swap station (or an overly enthusiastic hasher holding a “Swap Now!” sign). At each one, find another hasher (or few) and swap costumes/props. It’s like Secret Santa meets thrift shop chaos.
Channel your new persona, embrace the chaos.
Additional Info: we will be swapping outside in December - make sure to dress for warmth accordingly with a warm base for swapping purposes (or not if you are lucky enough to have cold immunity). Walker friendly - Yes. Dog friendly - No, parts of the trail will be going through dog-restricted paths. Vegetarian friendly - Yes. Please let the hare/s know in advance.

Description:
The Winter Solstice celebration with the usual fanfare: bring a can of chilli to add to our feast and one to donate to our local food pantry, bring anything else that tastes good or is good to drink, bring a somewhat tasteful hashmass gift, observe a wondrous ceremony, enjoy a soothing sauna, and lastly celebrate the solstice with your pagan friends.
